Caramel Pie

It was a wonderful pie and I will be making this again! I suggest letting the milk rest after you get done with it for a few minutes. I had the perfect consistency after I let it set in the fridge for several hours. Thank you for this recipe!

Southern Boiled Custard

It came out really well. I just kept stirring till it was thickened. If you don't like the "eggy" flavor I would use 4 eggs instead of 5...but everything was great and very simple!

Sourdough Starter I

This is a great recipe! If you have problems with it "exploding" it's most likely been shaken up after it was sealed and that pressure thats build up has to get out. I made that mistake the first time. Always open it stir with a wooden spoon and put the lid back on. Don't be lazy and try to shaken it up while it's in the jar. It's an awesome recipe for a starter and when used with the sourdough bread 1 recipe it makes some yummy bread!

Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast

This was an excellent recipe. I changed the cooking temp as well to 325 for 3 hours for a 15 lb prime rib and then I lowered it to 250 for the last hour or so for a perfectly medium rare prime rib. Everyone is still complementing on how amazing it was and I was very impressed considering this was my first time to prepare it. Great recipe!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I utilize a lot of recipes on the site and this recipe was awful! I would suggest reading reviews before attempting it if you seriously want to make it. I have a lot of experience in the kitchen and this is not a good recipe. The flavor is bland and hard to roll out. I usually don't give reviews, but I thought I would this time.
