To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I have made a lot of blueberry muffin recipes, and this is the best. I have had people begging me to make more. I have had people's wives call me because their husbands kept ranting about them. I have made these at least 15 times and people go nuts over them. I add a few more blueberries than the recipe calls for.

Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa

This recipe was fantastic. It was better than the Ahi tuna we paid 29 dollars for at a fancy dinner. I followed the directions exactly and it came out great. Tips: It does get smoky, so air out your kitchen, Cut the mango really small, it makes a big difference.

Lentil and Green Collard Soup

I was surprised at how delicious this soup was. The cinnamon ... perfect, so was the lemon juice. I didn't have cumin, so I used curry powder and I have to say, it was so darn good I was asked by everyone the recipe and if I could make more. I did and stuck with the curry powder. Thanks.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

After trying tons of pizza doughs, this one stood out. It was crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. Good flavor and easy. Fine AS IS. If you have to do changes: Add some garlic powder to the dough and 1/2 teaspoon more brown sugar.

Cajun Style Baked Sweet Potato

love this recipe! Very good and healthy. I used 1/2 the oil and they still came out great. Also, I bake longer to get a crispy edge.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Everyone loved this and simply drooled over how tender the meat was...and these are "pot roast" people...The gravy is delicious and hearty. Perfect pot roast recipe.

Southern as You Can Get Collard Greens

GREAT. Made "VEGETARIAN" w/ no meat, more onions, little garlic, and some red bell peppers, and 1/2 tsp of liquid smoke. Meat eaters Loved it and veggies couldn't believe I didn't use meat. (I used veggie broth)

Tofu Parmigiana

Roasted and Curried Butternut Squash Soup

It was OK at first. I made the same changes suggested by SEVERAL reviewers, and it is really necessary for this soup to be good. 1) Add coconut milk during cooking, this makes an incredible difference, not a lot but enough to taste it 2) DO use the yogurt at the end ... it cuts through the soup and really MAKES the soup

Spinach with Chickpeas and Fresh Dill

Very good recipe. It is different and healthy and EASY. The tang of the dill and lemon are just right. The only reason I gave it four stars is because there are some tastebuds that won't appreciate the complex flavors.

Chicken Tikka Masala

perfect.....except too salty (and I loooove salty, but this was even too much for me) I had to make more, add no salt, and then combine the two for the perfect salt level. PERFECT once I did that. Everyone went nuts over it.
