Sugar Coated Pecans
I made these for a party and I used about a pound of pecan halves and a pound of walnuts so I increased the egg whites to three and added additional sugar and cinnamon... Plus a pinch of cayenne pepper. I was a bit worried I had gotten them too wet, but I followed the baking instructions (250 for an hour, stirring every 15 min) and they came out great. I will be making these this Christmas to give as gifts! Thanks!!

Roasted Green Beans
Oh my goodness! In spite of all the wonderful reviews, I was not expecting these to be as good as they were. I could eat these darned things every day! I will be doing green beans like this from now on. Thank you!

Creamy Apple Blueberry Pie
Truthfully, I didn't feel like doing the bottom crust, so I just patted about half of the crumb mixture in the bottom of my pie plate (someone had commented it was too much on top anyway), threw in the apples with some blueberries & poured the creamy mixture on top. Then I crumbled the remainder of the topping over it... Baked at 350 about 40 minutes & it was delicious! PS. I used sour cream in place of the yogurt because that was what I had on hand- wonderful!
