This is a great recipe, I'm always looking for peach dessert recipes in August and this one is a keeper! I omitted the sugar and water, our peaches are juicy and sweet enough. I creamed the cream cheese and butter into the cake mix and sprinkled it all on top of the peaches. Delicious!

Honey Bun Cake I

I cut the icing in 1/2 for a bundt pan. The bundt size took 50-53 minutes to bake. I sprayed it well and let cool slightly before flipping it out. Cool before icing.

Gingerbread Waffles with Hot Chocolate Sauce

I've made these a few times since 2002, just never rated them before. I do add some sugar to sweeten them to our liking, and I have never made the sauce. We usually serve ice cream over them.

Strawberry Bread

Makes 6 mini-loaves, I used them for gifts (the ones I didn't eat myself!). The mini loaves took 40-45 minutes and I absolutely loved the crispy edges on this bread. Very good!

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

I doubled the recipe and divided into 2 dishes for 2 dinners. I changed the American cheese to shredded cheddar. Yes, it does look soupy when you put it in the oven but it absorbs and I wouldn't change the measurements at all. Remember to only cook the elbows for 6 minutes, then they will still absorb the sauce during baking. Loved by my family at a BBQ last night. Thanks!

Fruit Oatmeal Cookie Bars

My jam was hard to spread but that was just the type I had, so it didn't get even. I used an 11x7 pan based on reviews that it was too thin in a 9x13, but they were kinda thick, I think the 9x13 would have been fine. 35 minutes was too long, I should have checked sooner and the oatmeal was browned too much.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've made these with both vanilla pudding or chocolate pudding, whatever I have on hand. Makes a delicious cookie with a wonderful texture. I halve the recipe and use 1 box of sugar-free pudding, makes about 3 dozen cookies. Would be great for a bake sale.

Cherry Chicken Lettuce Wraps

I loved the idea of making these but was hoping for a stronger taste. I'm comparing them to an appetizer I had at 2 different restaurants, and those definitely had more zip to it. I'm going to keep looking for another recipe, this just was just too bland for me. I'm bummed since I went to the store just to get the ingredients I didn't have. We don't like cherries so we omitted those. I doubled the vinegar and teriyaki measurements too.

French Dip Sandwiches

Used an eye-of-round roast and the only thing I'd do differently is pour the juice over the shredded meat before serving so it could soak in. The sandwiches would have been even better if the meat was completely covered in the juice instead of just dipped in.

One Minute Chocolate Icing

Fudge-like was a good description. It's not your fluffy smooth icing if that's what you are looking for. Tasted great on vanilla cupcakes. Didn't need to use mixer for last 3 minutes, just did by hand with a whisk. Using sugar instead of 10x like a lot of other icings gives you a grainier icing, so skip this one if that bothers you.

Scalloped Potatoes II

I didn't add anything and they were great! My 4 year old ate them up! Loved the browning on the top, delicious! I thickened the milk, butter, and flour in the microwave ahead of time, then layered with potatoes for about 45 minutes in 375 degree oven.

Indoor S'mores

Very good! I was out of corn syrup and I'm glad I was since I thought they were very sweet w/o it. I kept out some of the marshmellows and chocolate chips like other posters said, and stirred them with the cereal and melted mixture in my Thatsa bowl to coat it well before pressing into pan. After sitting out a few hours they were not sticking together so I put them in the fridge and boy are they good!

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

Very good! Tasted like we were eating at a restaurant tonight. I'd cut down on the chili powder a little bit since it tended to be a little spicy for me. I didn't use any hot sauce. I cut the sauce recipe to a 1/3 of it and we still had enough.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Won't ever need to look for another oatmeal raisin recipe again....this one is it!! Used all butter since I didn't have the butter shortening. They made such nice round chewy cookies, didn't spread much. Used a medium cookie scoop. Wonderful! Thank you!

Parmesan Knots

Yum! I used 2 smaller cans of biscuits (the 7.5 oz ones) and didn't split them in 1/2 to roll. I split the recipe in 1/2 then to cover my 20 biscuits. Very good addition to a simple Easter meal! Thanks for the recipe.
