Bow Tie Pasta with Sausage and Sweet Peppers

Yay!! A new recipe to add to my short list of "things my husband will eat"! i made this last night and he liked it. I added a few things: two teaspoons of sourcream (at the end to give it a smoother texture), one beef bullion cube, red peppers, and red pepper flakes. I wouldn't say these additions were necessary, but they worked well. It turned out spicy! But awesome.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

This was awesome! I made this EXACTLY as the recipe stated, except I omitted mushrooms. It was wonderful. Everyone loved it at Thanksgiving and I'm making it again for Christmas. I did not think it was too moist at all (like some said). This time I will use sage and onion flavored breadcrumbs to give it a little more flavor, but really it was just fine with the herb flavored breadcrumbs I used. I just like things bold. This ones a keeper for sure.

Vegetarian Quiche

I made this quiche for a family brunch and everyone loved it! (well, the adults did, the kids opted for the bacon & cheese quiche!) Now I am always asked to make it! I use egg beaters instead of eggs and cannot tell the difference. I also substitute thawed frozen spinach for the zucchini and green pepper (make sure to squeeze the spinch out very well). I've never added curry or cinnamon, and in my opinion, it doesn't need either. Very good and very healthy!

Quiche Seville

I made this for a family brunch and the entire family loved it! Now I am always asked to make it! It is very easy too. Next time I want to try making it in a 13X9 dish because we have a very large family and I would rather have two 13x9 dishes in the oven instead of 4 pies.
