These were DELICIOUS!!!! I cooked the bacon and threw it in before adding the egg to because I am not a morning person. Also added jalapenos to the adult version. I did use aged extra sharp cheddar. Easy and very savory!

Ham Loaf I

This was surprising ..kind of a cross between deviled ham and spam, but WAY better!!! Served it with ham gravy the night it was made and used the rest for FANTASTIC sandwiches! I will definitely make it again.

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

This was delicious!!! Tender and moist with great texture from the quinoa. I used thai chili paste instead of hot sauce and red quinoa. Added a small bit of ketchup over the glaze. Husband did not know it was turkey or quinoa. Makes great sanwiches, too.

Hummingbird Cake III

VERY delicious! Made in a 9x13. I used frozen/ thawed ripe bananas. I love the crunch of the pecans. Nice and moist. I used self- rising flour and cut out the baking powder and salt.

Easy Chocolate Ice Cream

Delicious! Used a darker chocolate syrup to make less sweet. Made into strawberry ice cream with strawberry jam and syrup and diced strawberries. Will try plain with vanilla next time. Very creamy! Made into ice cream pie

Simple White Cake

I doubled it and threw it into a bundt pan and made a minneola glaze. The cake was tender and moist. I made sure to beat in each egg carefully. Yummy!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Cold Szechuan Noodles and Shredded Vegetables
