Tia and David's Deep Fried Tortellini

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
Absolutely the best idea ever! I used this along with several other recipes from allrecipes.com for a Baby Shower I hosted recently. This was wonderful. It took awhile to complete only because I made oodles more than the recipe called for, but otherwise this was wonderful! One tip for anyone planning to make a head of time. After deep frying, keep in a warm (200 degree) oven until ready to serve. They stayed crunchy and warm! Yum!!

Tuscan Cream Cheese Spread

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
Fantastic! I made this along with several other recipes from allrecipes.com for a Baby Shower I hosted recently. This was GONE fast! People loved it! I made a second batch and the leftover from that I have used in scramble eggs ...so it's not just for crackers and bread. It is fantastic! I will make this over and over. Good Job Hoffius, thank you for sharing!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2011
Fantastic and Easy! I added 2 tsp baking powder by mistake and it was fine. Also used Almonds instead of pistachio's only because it was what I had on hand. Love it - tested it out on people at work and it was a hit. Adding it to my Holiday Baking list for sure!

Asian Beef Skewers

Simply delicious. I paired this with stir fry broccoli and asparagus. I marinated for 2 days (only because I was busy) and it was very tender. Great job!

Bacon Quiche Tarts

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
I made this for Easter breakfast. They taste great but I will say a tad too much dough. They were more Puffs than Tarts. I will definitely try this recipe again but will suggest to divide up the biscuits or use a pie crust that you can cut smaller shapes out of. Otherwise this was really good and my whole family enjoyed it! Thank you!!
