I have always stayed away from graham cracker crusts because mine are always soggy. This is the perfect ratio of butter to crumbs. It turned out ! One package of Honey Maid crackers plus two more whole rectangles makes 1 1/2 cups of crumbs if you are making your own.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I consider myself an experienced baker but these muffins gave me trouble. I am willing to make them again to see if it was anything I did because I know many thousands of people of rated these favorably. By 17 minutes these muffins were too brown. I felt like 400 is high to bake a muffin. My muffins caved as well. Next time I am going to lower the heat and put less topping. They were edible but not what I expected from the reviews.

Marinated Cheese

I marinated the cream cheese only and it was a hit. I had some extra marinade and I put some on my husband's sandwich the next day. I also made the marinade two days before the party. That really helps the flavors develop more. Tasty!

Sunday Dinner Rolls

I love these little rolls. They are easy and yield a nice roll. I did cut the sugar in half. I made them for my son's birthday party and cut them in half to make mini-sandwiches with turkey and cheese! Everyone ate them. Super simple and easy. Thank you.
