Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
Amazing- the most delicious gingersnaps I've ever eaten! I only made this recipe because I was craving gingersnaps but didn't have any brown sugar and this recipe used white sugar! I used non-hydrogenated shortening and gluten free flour. Thanks for sharing this recipe:)

Herb Butter

This was absolutely delicious! I added an extra clove of garlic- per my husbands request. We served it with warm french bread at a soup supper and received great reviews. I would make this again!

Delicious! My husband (who does not like salmon cakes) and 2 year old daughter (who is very picky) ate them right up and asked for more!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2009
This was delicious...even my husband thought so and he's not a big fan of tuna. I used half the butter the recipe called for and it still was very creamy. I didn't have any cheese so I topped it with crushed potato chips which finished it with a nice crunch. I would make this again.

German Apple Pancake

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
This is fantastic! I made it with gluten free flour and nobody could tell the difference. I do change it up a little- I add more apples than the recipe calls for and it works out just fine.

These are fantastic! Based on the other reviews, I made 4 changes.. 1. I used 1/2c. butter 2. I used 1c. sugar 3. I used bittersweet chocolate chips 4. I used 2 eggs. Also, I used gluten free flour. Loved these! Would make them again (and again and again...)
