To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These are very dense muffins and easily get too hard when baked at such a high temperature for so long. I baked mine at 400 degrees but cut the cooking time down to about 16 minutes. I have played around with other fruits, like strawberries, and they have turned out well with the shortened baking time. I may still lower the temperature a bit and see if that helps them bake a little better.

Chicken Piccata II
The sauce was way too acidic. I even tried adding a small amount of sugar as others have suggested. The chicken by itself was delicious, but it's not a true piccata when dipped in egg. Piccata is only dredged in flour.
