Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
Very, very good! The only changes I made were using less cinnamon, added a bit of nutmeg, a couple drops of red food coloring, and baked at 265 for 11 minutes as another reviewer suggested. I'm in the middle of baking batches for a Halloween party this weekend and I'm positive they will be popular. I loved how they baked, as well –– perfect little round cake-like cookies (I just dropped spoonfuls), and no sticking to the cookie sheet!

Hearty Multigrain Bread
I've made probably a dozen batches of this bread, used it for loaves, rolls and pizzas, and it never disappoints. It's also a great starting point for experimenting (for example, oatmeal or nuts or grain mixes instead of the suggested combination, honey or maple syrup instead of brown sugar). This is definitely my favorite bread recipe!

Lemon Sugar Tea Cookies
I've made this recipe a whole bunch of times, and they've been perfect! I've done it both with lemon extract, and substituting fresh lemon zest/juice as well. The longer you leave them in the fridge, the less they'll spread and the more of a sugar cookie texture they'll have. Sometimes I make the dough a day or two ahead, just make sure you let it warm up a bit before trying to use - it gets rock solid!
