Wheat Crackers
Love these! I made them 100% whole wheat since that's the only kind of flour I keep around, and I used EVOO instead of vegetable oil. I also grated some onion into my dough and kneaded it in - had to get it out of the fridge. They're delicious! They were a little thick because I had to flatten them out by hand, but that's ok. These are great with my homemade garlic hummus. I wish I'd doubled the batch.

Lentil Soup III
Easy, healthy and lovely. I made it vegetarian/vegan by using a vegetable boullion cube instead of chicken stock. I used extra garlic, shook in the cumin w/o measuring, and on impulse added a little salt, black pepper and a couple drops of liquid smoke. The flavor of the broth was warm, comforting and incredible - it'd be a great vegetarian replacement for chicken soup when you're ill. I'll make this again, ill or not, with extra onions and probably some carrots and celery in there too.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling
A five-star vegetarian recipe. You can dress it up in many ways, like you could tuna salad. I like adding a little mustard. This has become one of my staple meals, and I've gotten several friends hooked on the recipe as well.
