Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

Are so good! I use bread flour instead of all-purpose and oil instead of the shortening. I used a cup to cut them out and filled them with Carmel or jelly and sprinkled with powdered sugar when they were done

Cinnabun Cookies

Really REALLY yummy! Dough was too hard to roll-too sticky. Maybe because I subbed 1/2 c oil for the 1 c butter and shortening combined. More flour would probably help that tho

Brownie Tarts

dough didn't work. I used mini mini tins and the dough just sank and turned into dough "(flat) cookies" when I tried to prebake the dough. Dough tasted ok a bit buttery.Maybe shoulda used a bigger pan

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

YUM! i refrigerated the dough overnight as convenience- i didn't have time to shape the cookies right after i made the dough. I also froze the PB middles. I got a lot of compliments on them. I think the chocolate was a bit 2 rich 4 my taste, maybe that's from refrigerating the dough. The dough was also very dry and i added water so it wouldn't crumble and fall apart. Also it was very hard to stuff the cookies with PB-and a lot of them ended up looking marbled and much better than this photo showed.I got 30 cookies unlike other reviewers probably b/c I first divided both doughs into 30 balls. took a long to make but a lot of people really enjoyed them! THANK YOU!I gave 4 stars b/c i thought chocolate was too strong!

Peanut Butter Glaze

YUMM!!!!!! great over brownies. More like a frosting than glaze because of the solid fat(peanut butter) which is normally lacking in a glaze,which is exactly what I wanted. Thank you!
