YUM!! First of all, I agree with the many people here: double the amount of coffee [or espresso]. Instead of rum, I used coffee liquer. Also, if you're going to use espresso, to increase the amount of liquid, add a little bit of water too. The taste will still be there. I love moist ladyfingers but make sure to not soak them til they drip. If they're soft, it only takes a split second for them to get moist. If you're like me and you don't have a coffee maker, go to Starbuck's and order yourself 12 shots of espresso [or at least that's what I did]. If you don't have an electronic mixer, the Magic Bullet for whipping the heavy cream worked wonders. Great success for my first tiramisu!
