Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
Very tasty CB&C...I had to adjust the size of the recipe to fit my 5-1/2 lb slow cooker but the end result was very good...[for the developers: it might be a good idea to have users specify in the recipe the size slow-cooker they used]...the only real difficulty I had was that none of my local grocery stores carried a 4 lb brisket...also, the type of beer wasn't mentioned and there are many so the end result can taste different based on which one was used

Easy Chicken Alfredo
Very good basic recipe. In prepping the chicken I seared a couple of boneless/skinless breasts in EVOO with some Italian seasoning, then let them cool and diced them up. Rather than using frozen mixed veggies I used the same size package of broccoli florets. My only complaint is that I found the recipe straight up to be too "chunky" in that there was too much stuff in the sauce and not enough actual sauce. To fix that I recommend either holding back some of the veggies or adding more sauce. I made the full recipe and as a single guy I'm happy to have leftovers for the rest of the week.

Fabulous Wet Burritos
Excellent and easy to make. The filling isn't much different from a recipe I've used in the past, but with some differences. What really makes this recipe great is the wet sauce, which is very tasty without being too spicy. As a single man cooking for myself this recipe created plenty of extra for leftovers and they reheat just fine, too.
