Mom's Apple Fritters

Tasted more like a churro an apple churro than a fritter. I think there's potential for this recipe to be great. Dough taste was plain, maybe a glaze would help out the taste?Not sure, that I'd make it again.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

Awesome a must try! I used all of Jennifer's suggestions. I only had the traditional oats, but I used my hand blender to ground them and it worked like a charm.

Herbed Chicken Nuggets

I added Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs, tripled the recipe, used chicken thighs, added 1 tsp and 1/4 tsp of salt and baked two racks(I did switch racks after turning the nuggets over)at once! All three of my boys loved the nuggets. Recipe is already a staple! Thank you for sharing!

Easy Butternut Squash Ravioli

Love it! I used cottage cheese instead of mascarpone, which was a great alternative. I did have trouble with the won tons clumping, but I attribute this to my over cooking (while boiling). I did double recipe and added more Cayenne as . I will make this again and again. I did use the egg white to coat the won ton before placing the filling and that made a huge difference with sealing better plus it wasn't wasted. Thank you Chef John!

Meatball Nirvana

I have tried a Bon Appetit meatball recipe and wasn't satisfied, but this is an amazing recipe. I followed ItalianTapas review: I split the meat with beef and pork and I added the ricotta cheese. Will make again and again!

Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

I doubled the recipe and added the 1.5 tsp vanilla as suggested and added 1 tsp of salt. Peanut Butter cookies WERE my "Moby Dick" now, if I could learn Spanish. I highly recommend this recipe.
