Grilled Salmon I
Great marinade! We've made it six or so times, and each time it's been fantastic. We sub olive oil for the vegetable, and we've found that marinating overnight makes a huge difference in increasing the flavor. Also, don't be afraid to go heavy on the lemon pepper!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet
We made this to go on a meatball sandwich, and it was pretty darn good. The white wine taste was a bit strong to me, so next time I'll use chicken stock instead. It was also too acidic, so I added a teaspoon or so of sugar to mellow things out. That made a huge difference. Overall, though, it was a quick and delicious recipe! I'll be making it again.
