Irish Potatoes

These were good, and very easy. Just be sure to measure everything right. I had a little too muc cream and a little too much cinnamon, and they ame out very strong. Next time I will try them filled with toasted almonds or pecans.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

This bread was delicious! I added about a cup of raisins, per other reviews. Also, next time I'm definately going to try a lower temperature. My loaves burned a little on the bottom by the time they cooked through.

Scrumptious Seafood Linguine

LOVED IT! I used scallops in place of the crab meat (just roll them in flour and cook in butter) and it was fantastic. Also, I sautéed mushrooms with the garlic. My husband was so pleased, he volunteered to do all the cleanup. Mmm! Thanks Jenni!

Oven Brown Rice

I love this rice! It's foolproof, and it also reheats well. The flavor is perfect, and it's always moist. The only changed I make include covering the rice while it bakes, and also I use all chicken broth, and reconstitute it from a chicken base. I use about 3 cups of water and 2 1/2 tsp of the base (instead of 3). This cuts down on the saltiness some reviewers complain of. My toddler practically shoves his face in it.

Pizza Dough III

I love this pizza dough. It's always a hit, fluffy and delicious. The only changes I make are to add a touch more flour, but no more than the you would expect with a dough recipe, and also I bake it at 400. Amazing!

Grandma's Polish Perogies

Amazing!! I added some onion and bacon to the mix, and otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Couldn't ask for better. My husband actually forgot what he was talking about, and stopped eating to tell me it was the best thing he ever tasted. I can't wait to try them with spinach and feta, then rosemary and garlic, and who knows from there. Great recipe. Thanks Steph!

Homemade Flour Tortillas

These are so much better than any tortillas I've ever had! My boys like to eat them plain, or made into "Mexican pizzas." I make them into about 16 tortillas instead of 24. They are bigger and thicker that way.

Vanilla Crepes

My family loved them! I added another 1/2 cup milk per other reviews, and the only other change is that I didn't grease my pan. They were perfect. I thought 2 Tbs vanilla would be a bit too much, but I was wrong, it's just right!

Easy Indian Butter Chicken

This chicken was very good; I took the suggestions to coat in flour, then egg, then flour again, and also to add some corn starch to the sauce. Rich and delicious, and very moist chicken.
