Salmon Cakes II
I made this recipe as is except used crushed saltines instead of bread crumbs and dry parsley instead of fresh. I always use canned red sockeye salmon because it's less salty and has more flavor. I did add a little of the juice to make the patties a little more moist and held together. They fried up beautifully without dusting with flour. I made tartar sauce out of miracle whip, dill relish, and a little lemon juice to dip them in. They were very good and I served them with salad since we are dieting.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I followed the recipe exactly as listed. I started late in the evening so I put all the ingrediants in my crockpot and laid 3 chicken breast on top. I let it cook on low all night. It smelled so good! When I got up I sredded the chicken which was so easy. It tasted amazing with the tortilla chips crushed in the bowl and shredded cheddar cheese on top. I then added a dollop of sour cream. My boyfriend and I ate it for breakfast and dinner. Thank goodness we have letovers. Thank you for the great recipe!
