Coconut Macaroons

Reviewed: May 19, 2010
This is a wonderful recipe for homemade macaroons! They're soft and chewy with lots of flavor. I reduced the amount of almond extract to 1/2 tsp since that's what it calls for on the actual eagle brand website. It was a perfect amount! Also, make sure you read about much coconut you actually need! That's what I'm assuming happened to all the people's who turned into a liquid mess-not enough coconut. Overall, a wonderful recipe!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2010
These cookies were sooo creamy, soft and chewy. I only baked mine for 7 minutes, and they turned out perfect! (I think less than the recommended time seems to be the concensus among all the reviews) I definately will make these again! They were gone the same day I had made them!

Clone of a Cinnabon

These were AMAZING! I don't have a bread machine, but they were quite simple to make. They turned out extremely soft, and had enough cinnamon topping. Absolutely to die for- will definately make again!

Chocolate Truffle Cookies

Reviewed: May 11, 2010
These cookies were to die for! They were so soft and chocolatey, I barely had time to even let them cool before they were eaten up. Definately getting added to my recipe collection!

Cheese-Filled Coffee Cakes

Reviewed: May 14, 2010
These are divine. The filling is to die for, and the bread itself is so soft and scrumptious. I'm usually not an almond person, but the almond in the filling/glaze really added to the whole recipe. I will definately be making this again!

German Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
The BEST German chocolate cake recipe. Although, I did tweak it a bit. (After reading reviews.) I added 2 ounces more chocolate to the batter and 1 tsp cornstarch to the filling. It was to die for! The cake itself was so moist, and the filling thickened up quite nicely. Amazing recipe, will make again!

Burnt Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2011
This tastes EXACTLY like the creamy fudge you buy from gourmet fudge places.... same taste, consitency. And is 1/8th of the cost! Absolutely to die for... not to mention easiest and fastest thing to make!

Three Milk Cake

Reviewed: May 1, 2010
The cake turned out really great! It was very dense and moist and had a ton of flavor. I would've given this recipe 5 stars, but no one liked the sour cream icing-I ended up taking it al off and replacing it with the traditional whipped topping. It really made all the difference! Overall a very good recipe-but from now on I'll stick with the normal whipped cream for the top.
