Grandma's Butter Noodles
These are delicious! This is the first time I've ever made my own noodles and it was easier than I expected. I love the way they puff up in the water when you boil them!

Mulligatawny Soup II
I made this last night for my parents and my fiancé, we all loved it. It served 4 of us (we like a large bowl). It seems like a lot of work at first glance but it isn't really, it's just a matter of preparing everything and then throwing it in when stated in the directions - just let it do it's thing!

Roasted Butternut Squash and Garlic Lasagna
Delicious! My fiancé loves garlic, he eats whole cloves! (it's good for the blood). However, not necessarily a recipe to eat before socialising, as it could prove overpowering, but still very good!
