This is the best pumpkin pie I ever made. It was a perfect blend of taste and texture. My husband loved it too for one who doesn't like pumpkin pie. The pecans were a great accent and garnish. A KEEPER.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti

My favorite Christmas cookie. If a not-too-sweet cookie is on your mind, this will do. Every time I make these, they are the quickest to disappear, 4 different varieties. The cranberries are a surprise in the mouth and go perfect together with the pistachios. I wouldn't substitute another nut for this particular recipe.

Amish White Bread

This is an excellent recipe if you don't have butter. Tastes great for sandwiches. If you use a BREAD MACHINE, just cut recipe in half and put the wet ingredients in first. Turned out perfect.

Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese

This is bursting with flavor when I substituted balsamic vinegar in place of lemon juice and wow! I also added chopped cucumber to it as a bonus for veggies and the vinegar brought out the flavor. This dish disappears fast in my household and it is so easy to make.
