Whole Wheat Beer Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
Very good! I cooked it in round pan and took it out a few minutes early- it tastes great and is very moist. This may be the easiest bread I've ever made, too. I just used a leftover bottle of honey ale that had been sitting in the fridge way too long and I already have the ingredients memorized. Love it.

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
Very tasty and easy. My changes: I doubled it, didn't grind the oatmeal, used a greased bread pan, and baked it at a lower temperature. It was very crumbly and didn't stay together so well, but the taste was excellent- definitely the perfect breakfast bread.

Finnish Kropser (Baked Pancakes)

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2009
It was very good, but the temperature is a bit off, as many have mentioned. I took it out 6 minutes early and the corners were black, but the rest was fine and very tasty.
