Quiche Supreme

I made this for a ladies' brunch, and got LOTS of compliments. One comment: "I've had a lot of quiche over the years, but this is the best I've ever had!"

Naan

This bread was amazing! I made it just as directed, and folded in about a tablespoon of dried minced garlic, and it was just excellent. I paired this with Spiced Coconut Lentil Soup, and my two year old, four year old, AND my husband all loved it. I will definitely be making this again.

Nana Dot's Irish Soda Bread

Best bread I've ever made (and the first I've ever bothered to rate, heh). Absolutely excellent, wonderfully buttery and soft. I used both raisins and currants in the amounts given, but no caraway seeds, and it was amazing. I will definitely be making this again!
