Boiled Bagels
LOVE this bagel recipe. I ONLY use the boiling method when I make my bagels. They always come out chewier and more flavorful. I've done Rosemary bagels, cinnamon raisin, fennel sea salt bagels. I've tested dozens of variations. **For a thicker, and perhaps crisper/chewier bagels I suggest brushing them with egg wash before sticking in the oven.

Rossi's Sausage Gnocchi
Cooked this dish with whole wheat potato Gnocchi. EXCELLENT! Drizzled extra virgin olive oil over the top. I dont recommend using fresh gnocchi as the consistency and texture are a little off to me.

Pecan Pie V
HUGE HIT at Thanksgiving this year! Everyone wanted to know the secret?! I told them unlike most pecan pies, this one was not made with corn syrup. I will ONLY use this recipe from now on! The only thing I changed was I added an extra cup of chopped pecans ('cause I love 'em!) and 2 tsp cinnamon!
