White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: May 3, 2015
Great taste! I subbed fresh spinach, 9 ounce bag, as I didn't have frozen. I just used it raw on the layer that called for spinach. Cooked the lasagna for an hour. Otherwise, followed the recipe exactly. Will definitely make this recipe again!

Egg and Spinach Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2015
I love this recipe! I changed it slightly to make it less calories, so that is why the 4 stars. Sautéed onions in 1T butter, used 6 jumbo eggs, half the cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and no extra butter. Delicious! What a great taste to start out the day! Thank you for the recipe.

Jalapeno Lime Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 5, 2014
The taste was excellent! The directions were not. If reducing the oven temperature to 250 degrees, you need to bake it about 90 minutes. It also overflowed in my oven. Way too much batter for a 9 inch springform pan. Has anyone tried a 9 x 13 cake pan?

I subbed Splenda for sugar and used skim milk. Perfect diabetic dessert.

Loved this recipe! I omitted the sugar and vinegar, with amazing results. Four stars only because of the slight changes I made..

Lebanese Lemon Lentil Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2012
This is delicious, but definitely not a soup. I followed the directions exactly , using dried lentils, and after cooking for 1 hour, all the liquid had been absorbed. It makes a great side dish if you substitute chicken broth fir the water. I also did not use the butter and flour at the end, for obvious reasons.

Cabbage Rolls III

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2010
Great recipe! I make mine with sauerkraut, as well but in the meat mixture I add 2 pounds gr. beef, 1 pound gr. pork, and 1 pound gr. ham. Change the rice to 1 1/2 cups and add garlic salt to taste. Layer rolls with kraut in a 10 qt. soup kettle, mix 8 oz. can tomato sauce with enough water to cover the rolls. Simmer on stove for at least 2 hours. We call these Sarmas. Yum!

Turkey Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
Good base! Left out the pimento, change rice to one cup of each, used peas instead of broccoli used leftover turkey gravy from Thanksgiving instead of flour, milk, and wine, and used all cheddar cheese. Way too much for a 13 x 9 pan so i used a 4 qt casserole dish. Also eliminated the salt. Yum!
