I love to read and try new recipes. I treat my Sunday Bible study class with different baked items. I have been making them low fat and sugar free and they don't seem to mind at all. cookies, cakes, Mexican, German, and Italian Vinegar Pie, Flash Kiegla(probably spelled wrong) My grandma made the best cornbread. Another grandmother made the best steamed potatoes served with canned deer meat and rice pudding. Wish I had the recipes. I made a Braised Chicken recipe and my father in law asked his wife why she couldn't make chicken like that. She was not impressed. It's a great recipe, but rich. Men love it. I also have President Ronald Reagon's favorite recipe. I was cooking the beets in my pressure cooker and it exploded, scared me to death, and I had beet juice all over everything. A real Lucial Ball moment.
