Fruit Pizza II
I found this as I was looking for recipes to use up a mix of fruit recieved in our CSA box and decided to try it since it seemed amenable to whatever fruits are on-hand. I used fresh strawberries, kiwi, tangerines and bananas. I was delicious! Four of us devoured it in a single sitting. I used a flat stone to bake the cookie crust and it overflowed. Next time, I would use half the package or use a pan with a bit of depth. There was plenty of the glaze and the cream mixture left over for a second pizza. This time we'll use tangerines and papaya for a tropical twist. Can't wait!

Fig and Olive Tapenade
This was GREAT! I used black olives, pomegranate balsamic, dried herbs, chile sauce instead of cayenne, and vegan cream cheese. The cream cheese was in a tub, so I decided to mix it with the olive mixture, but I DO NOT recommend doing that, as it looks like vomit.

Dill and Shrimp Salad
Delicious! I agree with others that the lime/lemon called for is way too much; I did 1tsp lemon, 1/2 tsp lime and it was good. Next time I might increase to 2 and 1 tsp respectively. Also, I used 1lb bay shrimp and 1lb imitation crab and served them in pitas as a side for 4th of July BBQ.
