Super Easy Cheese Dip

It sure was easy. It was very cheesy. I used creamy cheese sauce by Frito Lay instead of cheese whiz and also added just a couple of Tsp. of sugar. Next time want to try some fake meat in it but didn't have any on hand. Great Recipe.

Fisherman's Quick Fish

I love fried fish, so breaded the bottom of the fish and laid on a rack over a shallow pan that had parchment paper in for the drips. Then I piled the rest of the toppings on the top side of the fish. It would have turned out great and very crispy on both sides if I hadn't forgot about still good next time I will set timer.

Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quiche

This was great. I used Potatoes Obrian and let it sit all night in frig. For the stuffing I cooked up a pound of cheap greasy sausuage and onion. Then made just a little bit of suasage gravy. Poured that over the shell. Then put 6 beaten eggs with a little milk in them over top of of that and then put 2 cups of sharp chedder on top of that. It was sinful!

Shrimp Cheese Ball

Since they changed it a little, I would like to mention that I chop the shrimp up in small pieces. Leave as much of the spices that are attached to the shrimp as you can, more flavor in the cheese ball, as to the cup of butter, well it sure makes the flavor great, I wouldn't think you could fry that much onion and garlic with a couple of tsps. I have also made this butter sauce up, let cool for awhile (so the shrimp don't cook), and added shrimp and refrigerate for the day. Then Scewer and grill, these are great!

Nany's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

I read all the other reviews and cooked raw cauliflower and broccoli mixed, with some added bacon bits. I also added garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper to the sauce. I did use 1/2 mayo and sour cream instead of all that mayo. Poured the cheese sauce over the top of veggies and bacon. Cooked for 40 minutes covered on 350 then added the buttered cracker crumbs and cooked for another 20 minutes uncovered. This turned out great!

Crab Rangoon

These turned out great, but just a little bland. So the next time I added 2 sticks of chopped up celery and lots of sugar. When the sugar melts it really makes a differance in the flavor. I also used fake meat, much more flavor.

This was great. It did take a little longer to reduce for me, but we loved it. I made a double batch and hubby can't get enough. I followed the recipe except for the minced onions. I used chopped up red onion for even more zing.

PHILLY Hot Crab Dip

Great Recipe. Everyone loved it. I always add a couple of tablespoons of sugar when using fish and cream cheese. I didnt have swiss so used cojack instead Also used fake crab. More flavor.
