Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette
Made the recipe as is but added two cloves of garlic and put all in a blender. I like the touch of honey in the vinaigrette! Makes it thick and tangy.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This recipe was wonderful! The only thing I did differently was that I marinated it for 24 hours in a zip-lock bag and added about 6 cloves of mashed garlic to the marinade. Would definitely make again! This was a great hit to the family.

Denise's Peanut Chicken
Followed the recipe to a "T" but eliminated the peanuts and instead added one heaping tablespoon of extra chunky peanut butter. I also added 1 T of hoisin sauce. Yum! Absolutely delicious!!
