Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake
I did not care for this, but my parents really liked it. There was a flavor in it that turned me off. I think I might have liked it better with sharp cheese, but maybe it's just that warm ranch dressing isn't appealing to me. However, my dad went back for seconds (and thirds), so maybe it's just me...

Monterey Chicken
This was great! I omitted the peppers because we don't like them and used boneless thighs instead of breasts. I used Ken's teriyaki marinade. It was pretty easy to make, though a little time-consuming. We loved the mix of flavors. I would definitely make it again.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
This was pretty good. Based on other reviews, I defrosted my chicken first and threw it in the slow cooker with two cups of chicken stock. I made the sauce in a bowl - no alterations (I used Sweet Baby Ray's Original and Wishbone Light Italian dressing). When the chicken was done, I drained it, shredded it, and added it to the sauce. I kept it warm on the stovetop til I was ready to serve it, but you could put it back in the slow cooker. I served it on hot dog buns with extra sharp Cracker Barrel cheese and we all liked it a lot.
