Chicken and Dumplings III

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
Since my boyfriend has a cold, I decided to make this for us for dinner and no regrets at all. He thought it was very tasty. So do I. As others suggested, I doubled up the sauce mixture and added carrots and peas. Will keep this recipe for a time. Thanks for sharing.

Sausage-Stuffed Eggplant

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
This was a good recipe. I added chopped cilantro and green onions. It didn't take me 30 minutes for the second time baking since the cheese were already browning by 20 minutes or so. I must have a hot oven. Anyhow, good stuff.

Special Lobster Bisque

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2010
This was such a tasty recipe. I added slicely thin green onions to garnish it before serving and didn't have light cream so I used half and half. That came out good still. I served the soup in a sourdough bread instead of a bowl and I didn't shred the lobster meat. I diced the lobster meat to give the soup some texture. Will be making more of this in the future.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
Excellent recipe. Very flavorful and tasty. Had extra sauce left and should have just added them to the layers to thicken the layers a bit more. Definitely a keeper and I will add other ingredients to it like olives and mushrooms next time. I'm sure the leftovers for tomorrow will be more delicious.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
These came out pretty tasty. Only thing I did different was I used the chocolate and peanut butter mix chips and it was yummy. I pulled it out of the oven in 8 mins and let it cooled on the racks. Very easy to make.

Corn Dogs

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
Pretty tasty corn dogs. I did what other reviewers suggested and pour the batter mix into a taller container and dipped it that way. I also coated the hot dogs with cornstarch first before the batter and it turned out fine. I don't think it needed to be cooked 8 to 10 minutes as instructed because that would probably burn the dogs. I know mine didn't cook that long and it came out good.

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
I just made this for dinner for my boyfriend and I and we both agreed this is a very delicious pasta dish. Like a lot of people said, taste the dish before serving because salt will be needed. I added the salt before the cream and it added the flavor it needed. Will be a keeper that's for sure.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
These cookies are very yummy and chocolatey. I added more cherry juice to my icings like some of the reviewers had mentioned and an extra egg for that chewy taste. :)

Tofu with Pork and Cashews

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2009
Very good and flavorful. The pork and tofu goes well together. Instead of 2 tablespoons of soy sauce I used 1 1/2 tablespoon.

Macaroni and Cheese V

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
This is a great recipe! Just finished cooking it and eating as we speak. I took some some of the reviewer's suggestions and sprinkled the top with bacon bits and then once it was baked, I also sprinkled thinly diced green onions over it. Looks, smells, and taste delicious. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
