Pasta hands down or anything I grew up eating. I am of course excellent with cajun/southern food since that's what I was brought up on, but do like to try new things. My favorite family cooking traditions
I will always cherish the memories of a typical Sunday morning, growing up. The wonderful cooking smells floating throughout the house. It was always a bit of a production. Being from South Louisiana, the food was nearly always French or sometimes Italian. (the other side of the family) Bon Manger!
