Jalapeno Corn Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2010
I made this into muffins and baked for 18 min. I will definitely make some changes next time. I added all the seeds of all 3 jalapenos into the mix, and the muffins didn't come out spicy at all. Next time I will add more jalapenos, and Mexican shredded cheese to moisten them up and bake for less time; these came out a little dry.

Easy Chocolate Butterscotch Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
Yummy cookies. Used 1/3 cup of oil. Used milk chocolate cake mix. Used 1/4 cup Ground up Hershy's milk chocolate with toffee and almond nuggets & 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips. I'm not big on sweets, and these were just perfect!

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2010
Very refreshing meal. I used orange bell pepper instead of red and cut the jicama.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2010
I didn't add any onion or salt, and they were still very flavorful! Definitely worth the 3.5 hr wait!

Baked Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2010
I've never baked chicken wings before...but these turned out great! I'm not a huge fan of buffalo wings. Instead of the hot pepper sauce, I used "CHAKA's MMM" sauce (found in the BBQ sauce section). After they were done baking, I brushed the wings with "CHAKA's MMM" sauce. They turned out excellent. You can use any sauce to your liking for this recipe if you don't like buffalo wings.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2010
Delicious! I skipped the salt because I added extra garlic instead. I wrapped 5 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp of olive oil, and 3 dashes of black peer in aluminum foil stuck it in a 400deg oven for 15 minutes. When it came time to mash the potatoes, I mashed the 5 garlic cloves into the potatoes. It turned out great! And you'll love it if you love garlic!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2010
Delicious. I don't recommend putting salt on it though. I made this last night and it was way too salty. I think I might have overdone it with the salt, and salmon is a salty fish to begin with. I neutralized the salt by sprinkling sugar on it. I made this dish with a side of "Red garlic mashed potatoes" MMMmmm.
