I tweaked this recipe a little bit, using powdered sugar instead of white, and I used chili chocolate chunks. I just made these cookies today and they are easily the best I've tasted. The dough doesn't spread out very much and the overall texture is really nice. I also like that the cookies themselves aren't overly sweet, making an awesome background for the chocolate. I'm writing a blog entry about my experience with this recipe. I won't link it on the comment, since I don't want to seem spammy or anything, but I can send a link to anyone if theyre interested. TL;DR version: These cookies are freakin' awesome.
