Baked Ziti Supreme

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
Tasty and easy. We have a 15 person family dinner each week and this is one of my favorite, easy to make, filling and yummy meals for that purpose (double the recipe). I doctor it up with a little seasoning and use my favorite sauce....good to go.

Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2010
I'm going to go ahead and give this a big 5 stars based on a super easy, tasty way to cook chops. Mine always come out dry, the whole family loved these. BTW...in my house of chaos, I put the chops in egg, then flour, wondered why the bread crumbs wouldn't stick, had to go back and redip in egg then breadcrumbs and they were still delish. Even I couldn't screw these up! Also used lemon pepper seasoning in place of lemon peel. Thanks for sharing!

Cocktail Meatballs IV

Reviewed: May 6, 2010
Not good. I should have made real meatballs with spices and breadcrumbs and then tried the cocktail sauce. To use plain balls of ground beef...well, I should have known better! I tried one at the party I brought them to, told everyone else that they weren't good, many tried them anyway and no one had a 2nd meatball.

Roasted New Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
Love these potatoes. I've tailored the spices to the meal...paprika, salt and pepper for breakfast; montreal seasoning when made as a steak side; rosemary, salt and pepper for pork. I use white or red potatoes...whatever I have in the house. So easy!

All American Roast Beef

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2009
Unbelievable how something so simple can be so delicious every single time I make it. I always make sure I pick out the biggest roast (at least 3 lbs) so we can use the leftovers for french dip. And the eye round is so inexpensive, you can't go wrong! I'll never by an expensive beef roast again.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2007
This was so good, even my picky FIL who says I can't cook thought it was great! Changes I made for extra flavor: sprinkled w/Montreal Steak Seasoning before coating w/flour, tossed a couple of cloves of garlic and used beef broth w/a half can of water. It was so nice to come home to the smell of this roast cooking after a long day of work and winter cold! My husband thickened it up a bit w/flour when it was done, made a great gravy.

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Love this recipe! So easy and tasty! I use hot sausage, a can of diced tomatoes and whatever veggies we have in the house. A nice hearty meal!
