Made this recipe with my bread machine exactly as described and was thrilled with the results. (I used a package of rapid rise yeast which was exactly 2 1/2 tsp). The best cinnamon rolls I have ever made myself and some of the best I have ever tasted anywhere. I think the frosting is perfect! Also, we love lots of cinnamon so 2 1/2 tbs was just right for us. These are large and filling, you will only need one each for breakfast or dessert. Even my teenage boys could only eat one they are so rich and satisfying. The best advice on here is to flip them out onto a cookie sheet as soon as they are done and separate them as they cool so the filling stays in them.
