Libby's® Famous Pumpkin Pie

I try other recipes but always come back to this recipe! You can't lose with it. I precooked the frozen unbaked pie shell first...pierced it a few times with a fork and then baked for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. While the crust is baking , I warm the pumpkin puree mixed with the spices and salt on the stove top and then let it cool.

KELLOGG'S* RICE KRISPIES* Squares with Chocolate Chips

The secret is to freeze the chocolate chips for at least an hour before using. This helps them stay intact. :)

Creamy Hot Cocoa

This is a keeper! Like others, I reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup and only had skim milk on hand. For simplicity, I used 1 tsp of vanilla instead of 3/4 tsp. Hubby used 1/2 & 1/2 while I went without. Both were delicious. Thanks!
