Shredded Brussels Sprouts
I've been making this recipe for 4 years now, and I haven't changed a thing from the way it's written. A great recipe that's been asked for by others several times! Everyone who has ate it, loves it - even those who don't like Brussels Sprouts! A couple years ago I found that lightly chopping the sprouts in a food processor really saves some time - I would spend a great deal of time chopping the sprouts before - so that might be the only thing I'd add to this recipe as a helpful hint. Oh, and you need a big pan (a big soup pan, preferably) - the sprouts will wilt down, but when first added, they take up a lot of room.

Fabulous Fruit Salad
Made this recipe today and it's very good and refreshing for a warm summer's day. The only change I made was that I used Key Lime Pie yogurt instead of lemon - but only because I couldn't find lemon at the grocery store. I was a little hesitant adding the celery, but after tasting it, I'm glad I did. Will make again very soon!

Italian Sausage Soup
This soup is fantastic! I've made it 3 times in the past 6 weeks, and it's on next week's menu as well. I did make one adjustment based on personal preference, but I subbed Kale for the Spinach. It gives it a bit of a crunch instead of soft, wilted spinach. After doing that, this soup really reminded me of the Olive Garden Toscana soup. A+ for sure!
