World's Best Lasagna

I substituted no boil noodles and that was a mistake. This recipe is really hearty and needed the support of the heavier noodles. Still tasted fantastic but looked like ski mogles in the tray!

Breaded Rib Roast

I used a standing rib roast for this and it was my first time cooking one, it was amazing! Moist and cooked to perfection- and so different. The trick with the standing roast is getting the breading to stay while taking off the bones. That takes a steady hand.

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

excellent, absolutely needs 8 hours on LOW, not high. Added cabbage in last half hour per another review but I needed another hour on top of that for the cabbage. This was SO easy, delicious and healthy. My hus and is normally not a fan but since I am Irish, has suffered through once a year. This year with this receipe he had seconds!!

Quinoa and Black Beans

This could have been better than is was. Need to soak the quinoa so that the hard skin comes off, for hours! Even then, not sure how it strains off. The seasoning was good, may try it with couscous next time.
