Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
I really hate when people rate a recipe after making multiple changes, but I did decrease the salt just a tad and cooked them at 325 on the convection option for about 13 minutes. Even the ones I left out overnight were STILL super soft. Someone wrote that they were really flat and I found them to be opposite, next time I'll flatten mine a bit before baking. They were awesome cookies and I'm adding this to my hardcopy recipe book. I'm going to have to hide them from myself because I lack self control LOL!

Old-Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2013
Fantastic recipe! It's absolutely perfect just as written. I didn't use cooking spray though, but they did just fine in a bit of vegetable oil. So fluffy and tender, just like diner flapjacks. I have no clue why anyone wouldn't rate this 5 stars.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2012
I didn't have the ingredients to try this recipe as it is listed, but I did use a full package cream cheese, about 3/4 cup mayo and 1/3 cup sour cream, artichokes, garlic, seasonings, and a can of crab and it was AWESOME. I deep fried some soft taco shells in bite size chunks and it was a gimungous hit with everyone :-)

Strawberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2011
Holy moly, AWESOME recipe!!! Nothing needs to be added or altered whatsoever. But I did use this base for mini cheesecakes (it made about 36, if you don't count all the raw batter I couldn't stop eating lol)... I didn't have time to do the yummy strawberry sauce swirl so used canned pie filling to top them off with. Can't wait to bring them to the gathering tomorrow. THANKS FOR SHARING!

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2011
I was VERY surprised at this one! During the cooking process I was wondering because there was no juice in the bottom of the roaster, and the chicken itself LOOKED dry. But appearances are deceiving, all the juices were inside the bird I added half of a large onion into the roaster, added water after I took the chicken out and boiled the well roasted onion for quite a while. I also snuck in a gravy mix before thickening. Since the juice all stays inside, I had to get a lil creative. But it was all worth it in the end, VERY easy and tasty recipe. Thanks a ton for sharing your family secret :-)
