I made 2 loaves of this for a party. Not sure what I did wrong, but neither one rose (one not at all) much. The flavor is really good, although I don't think it really needs all that cheese. If someone can tell me what I did wrong, and how to get the dough to rise I sure would appreciate it as I would like to make this again. I heated the water to 115 degrees, then dissolved the yeast in that. I mixed all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then added the olive oil, then the liquid yeast mixture. I kneaded for 5 - 8 minutes and let it "rise" for an hour in the bowl, then an hour in the pan, and still it didn't rise.
