Baked Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2013
These were by far the best baked nuggets I have ever made. I took other reviewers advice and added crushed garlic to the melted butter. I also put the nuggets on a cookie drying rack in the oven (on top of a cookie sheet) so all sides were crispy. I find panko crumbs make the best coating. We will definitely be making these again!

Overnight Cinnamon Rolls I

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2010
Perfect for our Christmas morning, these were gooey, sweet, and DELICIOUS. I did spread soft butter (about 1/2 a stick) on the dough before adding the sugar/cinnamon mixture. I also used chopped up pecans. I definitely suggest kneading a little extra flour into the dough but the main thing is make sure you knead for the whole 8 minutes! This will be the recipe we use from now on, especially since i can make it the day before!

I also added cornstarch to the broth, more potatoes and used fresh spinach instead of kale. I used gr hot sausage too. The whole family loved it, great recipe!

Candy Cane Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2010
These are a holiday tradition at our house. I use butter instead of margarine and a full tsp of peppermint extract to increase the flavor. I also use gel food coloring so the red dough isn't so moist that you can't work with it. I also divide the dough and color half BEFORE I chill it in the fridge. Much easier. I also find it easier not to roll the hot cookies but instead sprinkle the candy on the top with a spoon when they are hot. The candy sticks really well if you do it that way and the cookies don't break. YUM.

Easy Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2010
This was delicious and very easy. I sprinkled some cinnamon on the top and added 1/2 a tsp of vanilla to the batter. I also used fresh peaches - this is a keeper!
