Glazed Pork Chop
I added about 2 tablespoons of honey, and had to cook at 350 for about 35 min and about 3 min on broil to get done, and it turned out very thin and runny! the flavor was really good but would have been better if it had actually came out "glazed" also the meat tasted pretty bland...maybe would have been better marinated. Husband really enjoyed, 3 y.o. son who's really not picky said "this chicken is disgusting!!"

Fried Pork Chop
I add more/diff seasonings than called for to the chops b4 dipping and the flower! also put them in the fridge for about 30 mins and that is deff the trick to getting the batter to stick!! They came out amazing!! Best porkchops i have ever had! I used thick boneless chops:) YUMYUM!

Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Soooo good! I loved it! I served it over fried rice, and doubled the sauce recipe, used a little serricha sauce, and red pepper flakes! It made it a little spiceier Which we love! I also used frozen meatballs, which made things so much easier! My husband didn't love it which sucks because I Did and would like to make it often, but won't be able to since my hubby didn't enjoy it that much:( but m opinion is it was great!!!( make sure u do make extra sauce;)
