Roast Potatoes

I used this recipe as a basic and made the following changes to add more flavor. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil; used finely chopped garlic instead of rosemary since my husband doesn't care for rosemary. I also baked this for one hour turning the potatoes after about 30 minutes. Before serving, I tossed in some fresh chopped parsley. Hopes this helps some of the reviewers who said there wasn't much flavor. Great basic recipe, though. Thanks Tammy.

Cheese Cake Cups

I have been doing this one for years. My recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar instead of 3/4 of a cup. It makes 12 cupcakes and bakes for 20 minutes. My muffin tin must be larger. But the result is the same; fantastic cheesecake. I also top the cupcakes with prepared pie filling. Everyone who eats them asks for the recipe.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Great pot roast! I used a smaller roast because my crockpot is only 3-1/2 quarts. Everything else was the same. I also had to thicken the gravy at the end. Will do this one again. Thanks Brenda.

Hershey's ® 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake

This recipe is excellent. The only thing I did differently is to line the pans with parchment paper and butter the paper and dust the bottom and sides of the pan with cocoa powder instead of flour. This leaves a nicer finish on your cake.
