Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo
This is an amazing gumbo. I added zuccini, carrots, omitted the celery, used low-sodium vegetrable broth instead of the chicken broth, and added a healthy amount of creole seasoning. This recipe was very flavorful, hearty, and healthy!
