World's Best Lasagna
I loved this recipe! The sauce was delish! I made it the day before, let it simmer two hours than set it in fridge all night. The next day I put the lasanga together, but I doubled the ricotta cheese mixture and used an entire box of pasta. Best Lasagna ever! I also, used some fresh basil and scattered it on top before I put it in the oven. Baked it for 30 minutes with the foil on and then 30 more with it off. It came out perfect. My family ate it up. It was more than any 9x13 glass baking dish can take...but I made it work. Again, the sauce itself was so amazing, I could have eaten it without any pasta~!

Frank's Spicy Alabama Onion Beer Chili
I did not care for this recipe. I thought the beer sounded good, but that was all I could taste when it was done, was beer taste. I will not make it again.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
As another review put it...good but not great. It was very dense, heavy and filling and I liked that, but was kind of bland. I think if I make it again I will add more spices and not use any cream cheese frosting.
