Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever

Reviewed: May 20, 2007
My 5 yr. old daughter made these with me. Used 1/2 natural almond butter and 1/2 regular chunky peanut butter. Also, used 1/2 brown sugar. A little sticky when doing the criss cross on top, but she had fun just mashing them down a bit with her fingers. So good! We could not stop eating them! In half the batch we added oats, yum!!

Spinach Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2006
I made this for our Christmas Pokeno and it was sooo good! I shaped it into a Christmas tree and covered it with parsely flakes, and nuts for the string of lights, and red bell peppers for the ornaments. I was afraid it would be too soft to hold the X-mas tree shape but it held up beautifully!! I will be making this every X-mas! Thanks!!

Green Onion Dip I

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2006
I used 1/2 C. Mayonaise, 1/2 C. Miracle Whip, and 1 C. Sour Cream. Doubled the minced garlic and added a couple tablespoons of pimentos. Left out the dijon mustard and parsley. I put closer to a cup of chopped green onion. I made this dip just for me because I love green onions, however, even my 1 and 4 year old would not stop eating it. Super easy and fresh!

Garlic Chicken

Sooo Good!! I can't understand how there can be any bad reviews. This was so easy and tasty! The only thing I did different was to use butter in place of the olive oil. It was so tender and juicy and smelled wonderful!

Easy Spicy Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2006
We had these for dinner with pork chops, YUMMY! I added a whole extra onion, next time I may even add another one because they were soooo good! And I thought it was easier to just mix everything together in a bowl and then pour it onto a baking sheet. Great recipe! Will definitely make again!

Perfect! I used soy milk, a little extra flour and sugar, two cups of blueberries and cooked them about five minutes longer. These are so good and the texture is just perfect!

Mushroom Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2003
EXCELLENT & EASY!!! I'm not a very good cook and my family acually raved about this meal! I think the secret is keeping the lid on during the simmering without opening and stirring. Mine were so tender just like they had been cooked in the crock pot all day! I used quite a bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides and even canned mushrooms (2 cans), can't wait to try it with fresh mushrooms, and a whole big onion which tasted so sweet after the simmering, all the flavors were just amazing!! Thanks for a meal I can be proud of!
