Scotch Eggs with Mustard Sauce
This recipe tasted just like the ones we had at a scottish pub and grill.. I made these yesterday for and appitizer before easter dinner everyone loved them.. I did take the advice of someone else and used the Sage Jimmy Dean sausage. They turned out so great. On the mustard sauce the only thing I did different was use Brown mustard instead of Yellow Mustared. Was go great this will be a great appetizer on anyday. My Boyfriend took the 2 we had left for his lunch the next day and he said they heated up great and were just as good.. Thank you for the recipe...

Fudgy Chocolate Cream Pie
This was very good. My boyfriend really enjoyed it this is his favorite kind of pie so this was the first time I made it for him. He took half the pie to work and it was gone in 5 mins and everyone was asking for more. I did add the extra milk like suggested and it filled up a 9 inch deep dish pie shell just perfect and after it cooled topped with whip cream and chocolate shaving looked very professional.. thank you... this is a keeper..

Broccoli Rice Casserole
This was great, I made it for christamas dinner at my sisters house for 30+ people and it went off with a hit. I did add fresh minced garlic to the onion and celery mixture and it turned out great. This is a wonderful recipe to use for a crowed of people feeds plenty. and you can make it the night before and put in frig then take out of frig 1hr before cooking. thank you
