Christmas Cornflake Wreath Cookies

Exactly like my childhood memory. They are gooey si I let the mix rest for awhile before shaping. Perfect! Gone in a couple of hours between us and 4 kids.

Irresistible Pecan Pie

Chocolate Yule Log

Kids went nuts over it, even I was sneaking forkfuls the next day. Not an authentic French buche of course but SUPER good and not too much trouble. A keeper!

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Cooked and chilled but it still wasn't set. I would divide into two springforms next time as mine was pretty full. Flavor was wonderful.

Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust

This was WAY good and everyone loved it! Just snuck a bite 12 hours later and even better! I used 3 apples and would use at least 5 next time. They do cook down and the pie didn't look full. Easy and beautiful, definitely going on the Christmas menu!

Rolled Fondant

Lived in Paris for a few years and never worked with this before! Made a lovely Buche de Noel, rolled out beautifully, had to add a little water to get it to work. Definitely a keeper if you really want to make everything from scratch.
